We use Royal Mail for our delivery network and have the following options upon checkout:
Free UK Delivery:
- FREE UK DELIVERY – Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class and delivered in 3-5 working days
- Free Pickup From Store
- Royal Mail First Class Delivery: £4.00 (delivered in 2-3 days)
- Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Orders need to be placed by 3 pm to guarantee next day delivery before 1 pm Mon – Fri. Orders placed at the weekend will not be shipped until the next working day.: £8.50
Europe – We provide a trackable and signed-for delivery option via Royal Mail for a standard charge of £15. Delivery times may vary.
Africa/Asia/North America/South America – We can provide a trackable and signed-for delivery option via Royal Mail for a standard charge of £24.30. Royal Mail may use 3rd party courier services in the country of destination. Delivery times may vary.
Australia – We can provide a trackable and signed-for delivery option via Royal Mail for a standard charge of £30.50. Delivery times may vary.
Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item to us. Postal charges of exchanges and returns are at the cost of the customer (excludes faulty items).
To request a Refund or Exchange, please log in to your “My Account” section on our website. If you have asked for an exchange or replacement, we will inform you by email when the replacement items have been processed. If, for any reason we are out of stock of an item, you will be given a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to appear in your account. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and have not been worn/used.

Sale items can be refunded.
If your item is damaged or faulty please inform us immediately so we can advise you accordingly. Shipping charges incurred when returning a faulty item are refundable to a maximum of Royal Mail 2nd class standard.
